Barbados I Swim Camp

The Experience

08

POOL WORKOUTS

Eight workouts in the beautiful Olympic-size outdoor pool that challenge each swimmer within their individual athletic ability while (gently) pushing their limits.

07

OPEN WATER SWIMS

Two sessions are built into camp. Add the Barbados Open Water Festival’s open water practice swims and races, and that makes seven ocean swims in total. Not bad.

06

GLORIOUS DAYS

Six days of hardwork (and bliss) in paradise to change the way you swim & feel forever. And, you can stay longer and participate in the Festival or just relax of course.

04

SWIM CLINICS

Time before the swim workout to work on ‘other swim skills,’ including stroke specific sessions (i.e. butterfly, breaststroke, starts and turns, etc)

03

OLYMPIANS AS COACHES

Never before have so many Olympians been gathered in one place….OK, that is not true. But three Olympians as coaches? It’s unheard of. And it’s cool.

03

TEAM OUTINGS/MEALS

Work hard, play hard. Outings may include a cruise or tour, paddle boarding, brunch, surfing and/or other fun outings.

02

(TOO) MANY WINS TO LIST

Side effects of this retreat may include new friendships, new swim speeds, new outlooks.

One epic life changing swim adventure.

*This camp is timed to allow for participation in the Barbados Open Water Festival practice swims, which take place Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoon. The camp is also completed in advance of race weekend, allowing Freestyle Experience campers to partake in all the fun festival races and happenings!
